Ryan Ramos, SHRM-CP founded ACG with a vision of bringing creative problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence to every client challenge. With a background in Psychology and three years of HR experience—starting in Talent Acquisition and expanding into broader HR functions—he has developed a keen ability to recognize patterns in people and systems, optimizing processes for highly measurable results.
