We are a minority-owned business, specializing in small businesses and start-ups. At ACG, we are passionate about finding creative solutions to your organization's everyday business challenges. As Paul Kalantithi stated in his memoir, "You can't ever reach perfection, but you can believe in an asymptote toward which you are ceaselessly striving". No system is perfect, but at ACG, we strive to help get you a little closer to perfection one step at a time.

Asymptote: a line that continually approaches a given curve but does not meet it at any finite distance. In other words, a graph that approaches a finite number but never reaches it. Ex. 0.9999 but never 1.

Meet the Founder

Ryan Ramos, SHRM-CP founded ACG with a vision of applying his love for creative problem solving, intellectual curiosity, and pursuit of excellence directly to solving client challenges. He brings 3 years of HR experience starting in the Talent Acquisition domain. With a background in Psychology, he has been able to apply his studies to pattern recognition in people and systems to maximize process optimization with highly measurable results. His belief is that most solutions are relatively simple when you break a system into its individual parts and identify weak links. From there, a plan can be created to address identified weaknesses in a stepwise manner.
